His goal is to build and renovate homes that offer a truly custom experience to meet your dreams and your budget. KMichael Homes Owner – Kevin Ciancanelli

Thirty five years ago Kevin Ciancanelli started his career in the construction industry. He was 15 years old when he began as a carpenters helper in the Chicago area. In the late 70s, he moved to Minnesota where he continued in the trade at a local lumber yard as a foreman, than transferred into purchasing and planning for all products, both incoming and outgoing. After ten years of experience in that position Kevin worked for a Twin Cities general contractor as a framer and moved into finished carpentry on homes from 100k to 700k.

Kevin can assure the highest of quality of construction; he likes to see the end product of what his hands and mind is capable of completing. Kevin is a true craftsman. He believes in the old fashion methods and processes of finished woodwork.

In the early 90’s, Kevin decided to change to a management position to teach and train others on the importance of craftsmanship in a finished product. In this role, Kevin has overseen the entire construction process as well as the cost/pricing, estimating, warranty and construction timeline process.

Through his experience, Kevin wants to bring better hand crafted and quality options to the home buyer and remodeler than what is currently available on the market in the Twin Cities. This is the building block on which Kevin establishes KMichael Homes.
