Bridgewater Heights – Dundas
Enjoy the small town quality of life with quick access to Hwy 3 for an easy commute for work, shopping and restaurants. The Northfield Public School system (ISD #659) services the Bridgewater Heights development. Bridgewater Elementary School hosts children from K-5th grade. The Northfield Middle School hosts 6th – 8th grade and Northfield High School is for 9th-12th grade.
Dundas currently has 5 community parks: Memorial Park, Mill Park, Schilling Park, Millstone Park and the closest park to the development is called Pinnacle Park. There is also a trail being built between Cannon Falls and Faribault – the first 3 miles of it has been built between Dundas and Northfield. The trail is called Mill Towns State Trail and is open for biking, blading, skating, walking and running.
The City of Dundas has 6.59 acres in the same Bridgewater Heights development that includes a hockey rink, a skating rink, along with a warming house and plenty of room to develop more activities.

The development will allow for 49 new single family homes – the first phase of 37 homes is currently underway. The first phase will cover all of Block 25 and all of Block 26.

Boulder Heights – Elko New Market
Located just southwest of Lakeville, the close proximity to I35 makes this development easy commuting to work, school, restaurants and shopping. The Lakeville Area Schools (ISD #194) services the families in this development. John F. Kennedy Elementary School (JFK) hosts K-5th grade. McGuire Middle School hosts 6th-8th grade and Lakeville South High School (LSHS) hosts 9th – 12th grade.

The development will allow for 128 new single family homes. The first phase will be 51 lots available – possible build starting in late Fall 2020 – early Spring 2021.
